Frequently asked questions
A discovery call where we walk through your business, then a line-by-line review of every balance sheet account and every P&L line with read-only access. You receive a written report of what we found, how we'd fix it, the documents we need, and a fixed-fee quote. There's no obligation to hire us.

Every engagement is a fixed monthly fee based on your diagnostic. You know the cost upfront and never get a surprise invoice for time spent.
Core Books is month to month. Advisory packages start with a 3-, 6- or 12-month term depending on the package, then go month to month with 30 days' notice.
Our Operations Manager is your direct contact for weekly updates and your monthly review call. Advisory clients also meet with our founder, Rhea Cofer.
Tax returns are prepared by our partner CPA firm. Framework and Keystone include business returns; for Core Books and Blueprint clients, tax filing is available as an add-on. We deliver a tax-ready package either way.
